Behzad Sharouz is a London based architekt, historian, artist and architectural photographer. He graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning from The Bartlett, University College London, and recently gained a MA in History of Cinema from Birkbeck College London. Behzad began his creative career in architecture, and moved on to work in a range of other visual arts media including film, video, multimedia and graphic design. In recent years his work has been focused mainly on fine art and social documentary photography.
He maintains that photography is a powerful resource for architecture in terms of its ability to create exact visual records of buildings. This exactness of the photographic image qualifies architectural photography as a key tool for precise visual documentation.
