I work at the wheel with porcelain and stoneware clay bodies and fire the work in an electric kiln in a shared studio in North London.
As well as functional ware I explore the limits of the medium.
This leads to a freedom to develop sculptural shapes.
Textures, imprints, brush strokes reference inspiration from travel, rhythm and music, and art history.
I have a BA in ceramics from the University of Westminster.
