Neha is a London-based abstract painter and ceramist whose practice is shaped by a deep engagement with colour, memory, and material exploration. Born and raised in India, her cultural heritage continues to influence a vibrant and expressive palette. Working across painting and ceramic surfaces—including paper, wood panel, plaster, and raw canvas—she investigates how movement, tactile mark-making, and material dialogue create intimate exchanges between artwork and viewer.
Her formal training in abstract painting began at the Essential School of Painting in 2022, building upon a lifelong dedication to art that started in childhood. Early inspirations drawn from the Impressionists have evolved into a distinctive practice rooted in process, experimentation, and discovery. Through serial bodies of work, Neha continues to develop a visual language that foregrounds fluidity, connection, and the interplay of shape, line, and colour.
Neha’s work has been exhibited widely in London. Exhibitions and participations include the Rule of three (2026) at Pictorem gallery, a collaborative show with two other artists, Linden Hall Winter Group Show (2025/2026), London Open House Festival (2024, 2025) at Cumberland Road Studios alongside fifty artists and Exhibit Now Art Fair (May 2025) at Copeland Yard. She was one of the shortlisted artists for No place art online platform (2025), the Highgate Contemporary Arts Little Picture Show (2024), featuring eighty established and emerging artists. Her work has also been shown at Mile End Art Gallery (June 2023) and Holy Arts Gallery (October 2023).
She was featured in the Creative Process Book 2024 by the Arts to Hearts Foundation and interviewed by Islington Now (2023), contributing to public discourse on creative practice and mental wellbeing amid financial pressures.
