I am a conceptual and commercial photographer with a background in design and art direction. In my personal work I create a sense of the hyper real – vibrant, glossy and dreamlike worlds, which take on a synthetic, artificial gloss. Often my photography focuses on a single element or perspective. Framing a moment in time, but creating a story, leaving the viewer contemplating what has happened prior to, or what could be about to happen. If I were to sum up the majority of my work as a song, it would be Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead – retro, colourful, surreal.
