In order to participate in the 2022 Art Trail, it is now time to renew your CEOS membership. Please complete the renewal form below. The submission deadline has been extended by a month to 15th April 2022. This year’s membership fee is £120.*

Please be aware that your membership and art trail participation will only be secured once both the form and the fee have been received.
